Omiya is located just North of Tokyo. You can come 20minutes from Ikebukuro by train.It is largest city in Satama prefecture.
Omiya is such a big station that there are 14lines in there, also many stores in the entrance gate. You can buy wine, sweets, bread, sushi, tenpura, books on the layover.
